Training In Progress...
Mummy decided to train up my "pincher grip" as instructed by the PD because at my age, I am supposed to be able to grab food with my little fingers and self feed myself. Not that I do not know how to, but i lack practice! Because Mummy seldom give me snacks! See how focused and happy I am when I am given the chance to practice :)

A farewell poolside party on a Saturday afternoon
Daddy's colleague was going back home to Singapore, so there was a farewell BBQ party for him at the poolside near our apartment. Initailly, Mummy did not allow me to be in the pool. She felt it was too troublesome having to change and bathe me again. However, when she saw how envy I was staring at all the children swimming and playing happily in the pool, and with some urging from Daddy, she obliged.

A day in Gymboree Class
Mummy and Daddy signed me up for Gymboree class. It is a class held on every Friday, 1215pm. There are sing a long session, bubble blowing, parachute and of course the gym session. I love going to the class, because I can meet other baby friends there and I get to play all I want during class.
From Mummy:
Most of the photos turned out blur as I was too busy handling little Elliot, preventing him from falling or trying to stop him from being distracted. Will try to take better pix during the next few classes. Stay tuned...

Birthday present from Mummy and Daddy
Fever after 3 Jabs...
I was down with a mild fever for 2 days after being instructed by the PD to be given 3 jabs after my birthday. I was not prepared for it, so were my Mummy and Daddy. They had to help and watched me being held down when one after another needle pierced into my both thighs. I cried so hard, and could only see from their eyes that they are feeling just as helpless as me.

My 1st birthday
My first birthday!!! I started off cranky at the birthday... because i was tired n did not catch enough sleep during my nap. When I woke up, I was shock to see so many people in my house. After about half an hour, then I finally accepted that these people are here to celebrate my first birthday with me.
Mummy spend alot of time for my birthday. She designed the poster, invitation and banners. She even coordinated the balloons n streamers so they could look coordinated. As for daddy, he got me the cake and look after me while Mummy and Aunty Jenny were busy in the kitchen n doing up the decoration. Oh yes.. Aunty Jenny was here from Singapore to celebrate my birthday with me. She helped Mummy to put up all the decorations, so Mummy could concentrate in the kitchen.
During the birthday song, I clapped along while the others sing. Mummy and Daddy has been teaching me to clap my hands a month ago to prepare me for this big day. But they didn;t teached me how to blow off the candles. So we needed help from my little friends. I recieved many presents and angbaos from aunties and uncles. My ah gu, ma ma and gong gong even send my presents from Singapore to me :)
Thank you all for your well wishes, presents and angbaos. I really enjoyed myself that day.
